Transfer to partners

I work with various suppliers and partners to carry out my services. These suppliers and partners include parties that:

  • Send my newsletters (Laposta and Mailerlite)
  • Provide my web hosting & email (DuelHost)

I have entered into data processing agreements and/or confidentiality agreements with subprocessors to ensure the security of your data. I only work with partners who can comply with GDPR legislation.

Some of my partners are located outside the European Economic Area (the countries within the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland). Your data may be processed in the United States and/or other countries where these companies have their cloud storage, servers, and/or backups.

I have taken appropriate measures with these partners, which are contractually agreed upon through a data processing agreement / Data Processing Addendum or through a model agreement of the European Commission (click here).
