This is how the ‘Start Your Day Offline’ Experience works:
- On Friday June 13, you’ll receive an email from me to help you prepare for the week.
- In this email, you’ll find a video from me, in which I’m taking you through the process of preparing. Step by step towards success.
- From Saturday June 14, you’ll receive an email from me every evening around 19.00 o’clock (CEST) for 7 days.
- In these emails I help you to make the decision to be offline the next morning. I share my tips, experiences, my own ways to start the day and add a big dose of motivation for you.
- From Sunday June 15 until Saturday June 21 you’ll start the day offline (just like me!). The first waking hour of your day you spend on something for yourself. Time to enjoy!
- Are you struggling with something or just need a chat? Send me a message! I’m there to support you personally. Through ups and downs.

- You won’t be doing this alone: you, me, AND other participants are up for this challenge. In difficult moments, it can really help to realize that you’re not the only one setting your phone aside. That makes it easier!
- In the Inspiration Bank you’ll find a ton of inspiration to spend your time on other things than your phone and scrolling your time away on social media. Inspiration for the mornings, but also for other moments of the day. From journaling prompts and reading tips to conversation starters, a penpal letter from me and invitations to home dance battles.
